Meetings are held four times a year, at various locations throughout Ontario.  Meetings are usually scheduled for February, May, and September, with the Annual Meeting held in early December. 

The next meeting is Sunday February 26, 2012 in the Rotary / Orange Hall in Palgrave Ontario. The Hall is on Birch Ave., one Block East of Regional Road 50. The Hall is close to where Birch Ave and Maple Lane come to a T intersection.

Directors meeting starts at 9:30 A.M. The general meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. The guest speaker is a spokesperson for The Lions Foundation Dog Guides.
